My Dear Sir
Helen had more
fever last night than usual
She is again free of fever
nearly this morning and
is taking the Tonick medicine
you prescribed, She is quite
free in her bowels - I thought
it proper to Say this much
to you if She has another
Severe attack of fever I shall
wish you to See her - Mrs
B, is improving in her health
