Helen had yesterday
a return of feveryesterday&
Some previous chill, this morn
=ing being very costive her
mother gave her Some castor
Oil which operated but indif
frently - about one OCloch
She again had a return of
Slight chill and has now a
fever - we propose to give her
again Quinine when her
fever goes off if you approve
of it, there are only two doses
of what you left, we Shall
want another Phial of it
which be so good as to send

by the bearer if you approve
of it, if not be so good as Say
