Dear Sir

Mr. Hull has had more of a
cough than I have ever known him for the
last five or six weeks and for a week it is
quite distressing a constant disposition to cough
with a difficulty of breathing can you send
him any thing that will relieve it. if it was not
for the cough I should think him better he has
appetite enough and sleeps well of nights and
when the weather is good walks out but
this cough I fear is fixed. dont send any thing
that is to weaken him. he does not complain of
pain but I know he has some fever every day
but he takes the pills you recommended twice a
week which I think have a good effect. you will
oblige me by sending what you think necessary

your friend

E. Hull
