I wish to inform you of Philips
health for thre days. last weak he has
been very ill with a disordered stomach
vomating and asced and a stopage in his urine
but without much pain the urine has returned
but not very freely the asced stomach
is stopt in a measure he is very weak his
speach is very bad it is with dificulty at
times that we can understand him he com=
=plains of the right side of his head and
neck frequently feeling tired and in pain
his mouth is very much drawn to the left side
and it is with dificulty that he can stand
up with assistance I go by your directions in
his diet and everything elce as near as I can
for two mornings I have given him the roe
of a salt fish which has agread with him
very well

complaint as near as I can
