Dear Sir
I have taken the medicen as you Directed
& did think I was getting better. The cough is yet
troublesom -& yesterday morning I had a cool feeling
till about 7 oclock after which fever ensued &
lasted all day I feell Some better this morning
But very weak - although my appetite is tolar
able good. I Suppose Some more of the Same med-
-icen would be good
