Dear Sir
My Daughter is very unwell this
morning with a high fever she had her child
on the tenth of this month since when
she has been considerably better the swelling
has all asuaged but yesterday evening she
was taken with a chill and now has a
high fever will you be so kind as to
direct what you think I had best give
her and send me the requisite medicine
by my son John My daughter is very weak
and very much reduced in flesh I think
she requires a cathartic as she looks bilious
please send me two ounces of paragorick I
shall also be obliged to you to let me have
a breast pipe which I will return to
you again I am with great regard yourfriend
