We duly recd your
esteemed favor of the 4' inst - We have written
for the Instruments required - and hope they
will be out in the fall -- ---The musk we got of Middleton fell
short 1/2 oz in weight which adds $4 more to the
balance due us -- He may send 1 pot of 2 oz
Extract Bark and the balance in Flow BenzoinIf the transfer from Bourke to Middleton
was not legally done, our claim to the property
will no doubt be disputed - unless something can
be done to make the transfer legal ---- Mr
Goodwin will no doubt see to it.--Very respectfully
