Sir, I send You by the bearer Patty another sick
Child - He has been indisposed at times for some months past

We thought he had Worms, & have [given] Calomel & Jalap
together, twice in course of the Winter, - perhaps - he may
have taken Cold - which may have caused him to swell,
That You will be the Judge of upon seeing his situation
& please advise me what I must do for him,
