Dear Sir, our little boy is in a very dangerous situa
tion with a prodegious riseing at the bottom of
his foot whichcaucauses a great deal of pain
he is an object worth the notice of a phisigsian
as his situation is a very singular one do come
to see him and administer somethingif you
for his relief if possible the riseing is the most
singular one I ever saw or heard of therefore it
will be worthy of your attention as well as your
students to see come quick & open the place as he
cannot sleap nor get any ease for your
