Dear Sirs

The Bearer Eluch was taken yesterday eavning
in the usual way with a pain in the Hed & Eyes
the whites of them turned Red and it Continued
with a Sevear fever and I have thought Bleeding
Would be good for Him you Can Judge better
your self and send Directions How we are to
prosede with Him in future It appears that He
is taken every fourth Day in this way
