Dear Sir
My Wife at this time is verry unwell
on monday last she puked, yellow bile
and she never has since [puked] until this morning
and the bile was as green as strong cop=
=per as water, her bowels are in tolerably
good order, all of the medicine is out.
both pills and Laudanum, you will pleas
send such as may be wanting, as you know
the nature of the complaint, she has, better than
I can describe, her appetite is tolerable
