Dear Sir
it Seems as if I could not get rid of this
cough chils & fever. I was for two days the
Beginning of this week perfectly clear of them
I thought I was going to get weal - but there
a hevey Rain on tuesday evening. I was not out
But the cough comenced pretty severe & next
evening chills which is getting worse ever Since
& if I miss taking the paregoric at bed time I
I am Sure to have a Severe Sweat which
leaves me very weak be to good as Send me Some
more medicen By William & oblige Dear Sir
