Dear Sir,

Least your son should not
be in the nighbourhood to day I am
compelled to send to Fredgs - in consequ
ence of Edwins situation. There appears
to be great difficulty in Discharging
his urine. Otherways I should think
him on the mend. his calls are fre
quint perhaps every Ten or fifteen minu
tes and the discharge at times not
more than one or two thimble fulls
at which time he appears to be in
the most excrutiating pain imma
ginable should your son not be out
please send him something to give
relief. I suppose it must be some
thing of the gravel or some other defect
in the Bladder. I am Dr. Sir

Yours respectfy

Wm Waller
