Dear Sir -
Mrs. B. is much worse than when
I saw you, she has frequent & most violent
griping paines in her bowels - with sick sto
=mach an entire loss of appetite, she
discards phlegm intermixed with blood
She took a dose of oil this morning
which has operated without giving any
relief - I wish you to see her this
morning - I forgot to mention a choak
=ing sensation which she constantly
complains of -
