in and upon the good Schooner called the Ann & Rebecca
whereof is Master for this present Voyage,
and now riding at anchor in the Port of Philadelphia, and bound for Fredericksburg Va.

Being marked and numbered as in the margin, and are to be delivered in the like good Order,
and well-conditioned, at the aforesaid Port of Fredericksburg Va. (the
Dangers of the Seas only excepted,) unto Mess.rs Carmichael & Son or to
their Assigns, he or they paying freight for the said goods, twenty five Cents
with Primage and Average accustomed. In witness whereof, the Master or Purser of the
said Schooner hath affirmed to three Bills of Lading, all of this tenor and
date; one of which being accomplished, the others to stand void. Dated in Philadelphia, the
19th day of October 1824
