Dear Sir!
The abscess in James's Groin continues to
discharge copiously; frequently accompanied by
Small pieces of bone, such as you saw when
You were here last. He evidently declines, &
is much incomoded by nausea. He wishes
You to send him something to relieve him
from the sick Stomach, which please do by
