Dear Doctor,

My wife is very Sick with an inter
mittent, Today is her sick day. The paroxysm came
on about 3 o.Clock this morning, attended by violent
head & Slight delirium. I will thank you to
Send Some bark. And if you think there is any
thing in her Situation which requires any par
ticular course of treatment, please prescribe
also. - I am your friend
