Mr Hull has been
more unwell for the last two
or three weeks than he has
been since the winter; he has
had more of a cough, than I have
ever known him and spits at
times particularly of a morning,
very often pain just below
the breast bone. It is all round
occasionly and through to the
back, he has never been entirely
clear of the uneasiness between
the bowels and breast. You under
=stand better where the seat of
his complaint is than I can
discribe it. sometimes he says
it is more a fullness than pain
he has had no pain in the side
He could not take more care of
himself than he has done.
Yesterday he had a very
smart fever with pains all

over him I will thank you
to send what you think necess=
=ary for him. he has had no
perspiration of nights until last
night and after the fever went
off he had a little your friend
