Mr. Pleasants informs me you refused
to deliver the Tea his stating I was in your
debt, but was willing to allow me $30 for it,
I refused $50 for it here, but having sold it to
you felt my self bound to deliver it, the balance
you is $13 now you can either inclose me
20$ and keep it, or I will send you the
balance due and take it back, be good
enough to let me hear from you by the
next mail ---
