Gentlemen

Ever since the Birth of our younger
Child (now three months old) my wife
has been troubled with acid upon the
stomach to such a degree, as to effect the
Child sensibly; every thing she eats at once
becomes sour; and a few nights ago, she
was seriously attacked with some thing like
cholic, or Cholera Morbus [from] which, nothing
but warm Bath wou'd relieve her;
your advice & medicene is therefore asked
for. -

A little Coloured Child
12 months old has been much afflicted for many
months with Thrush, you once prescribed
Borax which in a great measure Relieved it
but within a few days it has assumed a
more serious appearance. - The Child's
Bowels are affected by it - say what
is to be done for it -

Respectfully

Wm Richardson
