I have a coloured woman
who in consquence of taking
a severe cold has a very
severe sore throat. Her palate
is down her throat is swel-
led, she can scarcely breath
and can scarcely open her
mouth. I have hoped to
raise her palate with
pepper salt once but it
has been of no avail
-send me something to
raise her palate and
cure her throat and
