Dear Sir,
My Son Ch arles [ha]s been sick
for some time past, & appe [ars] to grow ra
-ther worse than bett er - He has had a very
bad cold & cough, which still continues.
I feel very uneasy at his Situation, and
would be extremely o bliged to you, if you
would come down tomorrow & see him,
that you might examine, & form a judgment
of his case. I am under great apprehensions
with respect to him, & it would be a relief
to my Mind to have your opinion on his
case.I am Dear Sir
