Your patients fever is I think still unbroken
altho he says the medicine yesterday operated well
the powder he tells me he wasted most of in taking
the teas's carefully mixed in sugar for want of syrup.
His tongue is still foul and I should presume the
biliary ducts are yet uncleansed of this you will judge
and send me your orders
in haste yrs truly
