My Brother is not so well as he was
when the Docr. was out. the fever came on him
about 2 oclock on thursday & he has never been
clear of fever Since. it was lower last nigh about
9 oclock than it had been. he has a fever this Morning
& complains of a pain in his Side, & back. he has
been very drowsy ever since the fever came on him
he has taken all the pills & the Medicine in the
large vialMy Daughter is not so well as she
was. her cough is very troublesome she complains
of great soreness in her body & limbs her throat
is very Sore & her Jaws a little swell'd. she sweats
a gread deal & sleeps badly. her bowels a [re] [so]
much better that she has quited taking [t]he
black pills for a day o [r] two. she wishes you to give
her something to make her sleep. her cough is
Worse than it was & she does not spit as freely, she
did not sleep any last night. Can she take
parigoric to make her sleepyours with Respect
