Dr. Sir,

Mrs. Wiglesworth has taken all the medicine
which you sent by me, and it appears to have
had no effect. - her head is as bad as ever, it is
very painful expecially in the night - you will
please send such other medicine as you may
think will relieve her, as soon as possible if
it can be done- I am much worse than
when I saw you last, my head is very painful
and I was taken with a violent cough about
ten days ago. - and some at times whoop as
though I had the Whooping Cough - I have
also at times a bad pain in my breast.
If you think [you can] possibly relieve me you please
endeaver to do so.

Yrs. Respectfully

Tho. Wiglesworth
