Dear Sir
I have given Elizabeth three of the pills
you left for her which have never operated
more than once each day I forgot to ask you
when you were here in case they should not
operate sufficiently whether I was to give any
additional medicine in the morning she is
still very sick and this morning threw up
green looking bile from her stomach last.
night she complained of pains in her limbs
she is weaker than when you saw her I will
thank you for farther advice with regard to
her case I have given her all the Camphorated
mixture and quinine please write me
by my Son John I am with great respect
