My medicine of every de [s] cription is nearly
exausted, & I get weaker every day, I am so weak that
it is with difficulty I can walk alone. I beg that
one of you may come up immediately, & bring
with you the necessary medicine, this, that I
have been taking, will not answer the purpose
of a cure, you must not fail to come, as I am
very low, & shall expect you the day after tomor-
row. I am Gentlemen your friend &c.
