Dear Doctr

My son is something better this
morning I think than when you left him
yesterday his fever I think not so high
I have given him one Bitter this morning and
hope to continue it for several days
He has had two or three discharges from
from his bowels since you left me and
be [ unclear] by way of urine at this time he appears
drowsey I suppose from the effects of the dose
which he took the last night his blisters
have both drawn pretty well and [ unclear]
My Brother who will hand you this will
