Dear Sir,
This is intended to let you
know that the medicine you sent my
wife is nearly out that is the liquid
part of it. She was taken unwell on
yesterday after a period of 6 weeks & 4
days. To day her sufferings for a short
time were very great, though perhaps her
acute pains did not continue quite so
long as usual. She expelled 2 lumps
of flesh to day. earlier than usual after
being first taken. the usual time has been
the 5th day. That "solubility of the bowel"
which you say is desirerable still con
tinues. I know of nothing else that I ought
