Dear Sir
I shall be very much obliged to you for
a farther supply of the same medicine as I think it
has so far been of service to me my head is not so
much effected as it was and my bowels are in a better
state - otherwise I am in the same situation I was
when I saw you my nerves are very much effected still
I am entirely without the tinc ture of bark and uclerian
is it requisite I should drink toast water will cold
water be an injury to me the milk diet does not
agree with me I am with the greatest respect
