It is sometime since I had any me-
dcine from you and my stock has nearly exhaus
ted - I must beg leave to inform you that my com
plaint has assum.d an alarming Character --
the trunk of my body is much swell.d also the
neck - and all the glands, It has produc.d a vast sick-
ness & faintness accompanied with a stag-
nation of the blood. If you have any me-
-dcine that you think will reliev me [and] remove
my complaints, I will thank you to send them
to me, at all events send me some of the bitter's you
have sent me heretofore - And how they must be
mixed- which will oblige
