Your patient is yet a prisoner in my Chamber - and
- allmost Confined to bed - as I set up but little - alltho
the fever has been Subdued [unclear] or 12 days - and I expected to
be well before this - but I [ha]ve exercised patience - untill
it is worn out - every thing I eat disagree's with the Stomach
and often produces fever - I have taken but little bark
this week -- I shall be very thankfull - if you Can assist me
in recovering my health - and am Sir
