Dear Sir
My son John unfortunately broke the phial
and lost all the camphorated mixture you sent me
for Francis except one dose which composed [her] and she
slept after not closing her eyes for four or five nights
she afterward recovered her senses but was taken again
on Friday and is now very low again. will you be
so kind as to send me a large phial of camphorated
mixture and a phial of paragoric for the baby.
who is very unwell I sincerely hope before long to
be able to pay you for your kindness to one in my
distress your friend
