The young Man
that Edward bled, when he was here
recovered from his, then, indisposition
but from some exertions on saturday
in putting out a fire in the woods,
is again indisposed. he complains
of a pain in the breast & his limbs
generally. he has been purged.
Isabella thinks a blister on the
breasts. & some mixture would
be the remedy - however of
this we shall attend to your
advice. if a blister is thought
expedient, you will please
send one. & if letting of blood
be necessary, please send me
a lancet - mine is two dull
for any purpose. he has a
bad cough.
