Dear Sir,
My little boy has been very much
Indisposed for several days with disordered
Bowels attended with high and constant fever
and bloody passages. He is so sick that it would
be a satisfaction to me if you or your Father
could see him this Evening. will you bring such
medicine as you think may suit his cace. [He is just 8 months old.] he is
very languid and debilitated from fever and
straining which is almost perpetual day and night.
Yrs
