Dear Sir

Mrs. Julian is very uneasy at
your not visiting her. I think her
general Health is better, than, when you
were up, but she is still affected
in the same way - I beg you will
either come or send up or we shall
be compelled to send her to Town
The medicine you left and sent
is nearly out. - She understood
a few days ago by Mr. Wm.
Skinker, that you were coming
up and [that] reconciled her in some
measure, but she is again very
restless. I am Dr Sir

Yrs Truly

Sam. H. Skinker
