Dear Sir.
I have been a good deal unwell
for ten or twelve days, with fever and
pain in the head and back of the
neck, soreness all over with pain in
my limbs and at times a coldness
allmost approaching a chill.
You will please send me by the
bearer what you think my be
beneficial and oblige Your
