Dr. Sir,
I come here tonight to a man of Wm. Coleman's
who has had a suppression of urine for three days
& must die if not soon relieved. I have attempted
to introduce the cathetic without success. Will
you ride out & assist me. Wm. Coleman
is anxious you here to. I intended to have
joined you - tonight at - Mrs. Crutchfields
but this come of distress has frequented [unclear]
I will return with you there early tomorrow
