My complaint at this time com
pels me to cawl on you for Aid I was Taken 2nd
day of this present month with a seavere pain
in one of my testicles and purty much sweld
on the 3nd. day I sent to Doctor Spence & he sent
me some medisan which did not releave I sent
the secon & third time & his medison has not
as yet had the desired effect, I heard of Mr.
Combs attact which I think viry similar to min [e]
which gives me great Incouragement therefore I hope
you will prescribe & send me medison by my son
who will hand you thisyours with Respect
