Dear Sir
My little Grand daughter is very
sick with I fear a bilious fever will
you be so kind as to advise me what
to do for her and send me such medicine
as her case requires I have none in the
house or the means of geting any at this
time she is upwards of two years old
she was taken on Tuesday and has had
three or four chills and fevers but was taken
yesterday with a fever about two oclock
which has continued ever since and is
now very high she was very restless last
night I will thank you to send the
medicine for her by Robert and a large
phial of Castor oil
with great respect
